HOw to start right now!
There are so many things you can do, starting today, to help your child begin the healing process from vaccine injury.
1.) Start Your Education!
Order and read (at least!) these three books.
• Healing the New Childhood Epidemics: Autism, ADHD, Asthma, and Allergies by Kenneth Bock M.D.
• Healing and Preventing Autism by Jenny McCarthy and Jerry Kartzinel M.D.
• Is This Your Child? by Doris Rapp M.D.

2.) Get Connected!
Join a couple Biomedical and Recovery groups online. The members are determined to heal their kids holistically and the administrators of the page have helped countless families navigate the road to recovery. There is also an amazing website: recoveringkids.com that every parent should bookmark!
3.) Focus on Diet!
Diet is one of if not the MOST- important thing we can do to help our children feel better. I always suggest doing an elimination diet to find out what food intolerances your child has. The book Is This Your Child? walks you through the whole process since elimination and the subsequent reintroduction of foods is really the only accurate way to assess food allergies. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free is always a good place to start but if your child is allergic to citrus and they are eating an orange a day, then eliminating those other common allergens isn’t going to help as much.
No dyes or artificial colors and extremely low sugar is essential!
Focus on a whole foods diet that is as organic as possible with a lot of healthy fats. Their brains need cod liver oil, coconut oil, hempseed oil…it’s overwhelming at first!
Give yourself a couple of weeks to research different diet protocols and recipes, and then just dive right in! There will be an adjustment period, but you’ll be amazed at what a difference simply changing their diet can make.
4.) Detoxify Your Environment!
Detoxifying your household is one of the easiest things that can be done to ease your child’s toxic burden. So many children that experience vaccine injury has a hard time processing environmental toxins. This is why it is absolutely NECESSARY to go green with all of your toiletries, cleaning supplies and any other household items.
You don’t need to ditch everything all at once. Just replace one product at a time (as it runs out) with a cleaner, more natural brand (without fragrance) and in about 6 months you will have transitioned into a healthier, toxin-free home!
5.) Gather Your Team!
Find a Naturopathic Doctor to help guide you! They will do bloodwork to see what vitamin/mineral deficiencies or toxicities your kiddos might have so they can address them.
Get in with a recommended pediatric chiropractor! Your local crunchy-mom group is a great way to locate one. Any child can start chiropractic care right away and it’s essential to help their body rebalance.
6.) Start Gently Detoxing!
You can start doing gentle detox baths 2-3 times a week. 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and 1/2 cup of aluminum-free baking soda (which you can find online or at a health foods store.) Put the two ingredients in the bath and let your child soak. Try to not have any plastic toys in the water during detox time!
Also, buy some Fiji or Volvic brand bottled water. It sounds crazy, but these waters have a specific form of silica that helps to draw out aluminum. (Check out our expert, Chris Exley talk about that here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6pUS7dyI10 )
Start slowly with a cup a day and see how they react, then work your way up.
7.) Address Gut Health
Gut health is absolutely essential in recovering our children. You can start by getting them to eat fermented foods like kimchi or sauerkraut, whatever you can manage but organic pickles are generally the most well-received. Bone broth is another great way to help restore the gut’s vitality and you can also try a high-quality, refrigerated probiotic. This is where your Naturopath will be able to help guide you. And as with any type of biomedical treatment, you always want to look for reactions.
8.) Take a Deep Breath
Recovery is a journey. There is so much information out there and it can get very overwhelming, very quickly. Just focus on one thing at a time.
Please use Facebook groups as a resource to gather ideas and feel out what protocols might work best for your family. You can search for your child’s conditions or symptoms in the groups to see what other parents utilized during recovery.
Most importantly, please remember that every child is different, so every child responds differently to each treatment. What works for one child isn’t necessarily going to work for the next. It can be a game of trial and error. This is why it’s important to have qualified health professionals assisting you with your child’s recovery journey.
Take a deep breath and know that you are exactly where you need to be.
